Logansport Savings Bank enters Phase 3 of Main Branch Renovation
Last Updated on September 19, 2025 by Cass County Communication Network
Logansport Savings Bank is pleased to announce the start of Phase 3 in our ongoing downtown
campus renovation project. As construction continues to transform our main branch, we remain
committed to providing uninterrupted service and clear communication to our valued customers.
What to Expect During Phase 3:
− Teller Team & Lobby Relocation: Our Teller team and lobby have been temporarily
relocated while the existing lobby space undergoes construction. Please follow posted
signage for directions in our new lobby area as our team works to take care of your
banking needs.
− Drive-Thru Lanes: Two of our newly constructed drive-thru lanes are now open, though
not all lanes are available for service just yet. We appreciate your patience as we finalize
these improvements.
− For money orders, cashier’s checks, and cash advances, we ask customers to
visit our lobby for assistance rather than using the drive-thru lanes. Completing
these transactions in the lobby is more efficient during this phase of construction.
− Parking Lot Repaving: In the coming weeks, our entire parking lot will be repaved. This
necessary upgrade will cause some temporary disruption in parking availability. We
assure our customers that this process will be quick, and the parking lot will reopen as
soon as possible.
− Construction activity will continue both inside the building and around the exterior. We
encourage customers to use 8th Street to access E. Market or E. Broadway when
visiting the bank. Signage is still in place throughout the campus to help guide you
during this transition.
“As we move into Phase 3 of our renovation, we are excited to see our vision for a modern,
customer-focused branch coming to life,” said Chad Higgins, President and CEO of Logansport
Savings Bank. “We understand that these improvements bring temporary inconveniences, and it
has been a long process with lots of changes. We sincerely appreciate the patience and
understanding that our customers and the community have shown us during this significant
project.
Chad went on to say, “We are truly grateful for the partnership and support from our general
contractor Steinberger Construction, and the many other local vendors and businesses involved
in this project, for all of their effort in making each phase and transition as smooth as possible.
We look forward to welcoming you into our completed, refreshed branch soon.”
Additional updates will be shared as construction progresses toward completion. Plans to
celebrate with the community after the first of the year are in also in development and will be
announced at the appropriate time. Please continue to excuse our appearance while these
renovations are underway.
