Logansport Savings Bank continues 100th anniversary celebration with community grants to local organizations

The centennial celebration continues! Logansport Savings Bank (LSB) is still awarding community grants of $1,925 to local organizations that make a difference in Cass County. In honor of the bank’s 100th anniversary this year, LSB employees have selected recipient organizations that reflect the bank’s commitment to giving back and supporting local causes.

Over the past few months, LSB has recognized and supported the following organizations with
$1,925 grants:

Area Five Agency: Chosen for its dedication to serving seniors, families, and individuals in need throughout Cass County as one of its service areas, Area Five Agency provides essential services that strengthen our community and improve quality of life.
Cass County Humane Society: Selected for its compassionate care and advocacy for animals, the Humane Society works tirelessly to provide shelter, adoption, and education programs that benefit both pets and people in our area.
Special Olympics Cass County: Honored for its commitment to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports, inclusion, and community engagement, Special Olympics Cass County inspires athletes and volunteers alike.

By supporting organizations like Area Five Agency, Cass County Humane Society, and Special Olympics Cass County, we are not only honoring our past but also investing in the future. Throughout its 100-year history, Logansport Savings Bank has proudly grown to serve communities across north-central Indiana. We are “Rooted in History… Focused on the Future.”

Because our roots started a century ago in Logansport, we have limited the recipients of these grants to the Logansport and Cass County community for this one-time initiative. These grants are a special part of the bank’s year-long celebration. With a few more months left in 2025, there are still a few additional grants to be given. LSB will continue to share updates on its website and social media channels as additional grants are awarded.
