The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has announced that Spencer Park will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning November 3rd for the set-up of Christmas in the Park. Park users should plan to park their vehicles on the north side of High Street or near the Eel River Pavilion to utilize the park. The Parks Department has requested that park users please stay away from vehicles and the Christmas décor going up in the Park. It could pose a danger-especially to children. We do ask that all walkers please stay on the sidewalk and roadway.

The park will be open for viewing of the holiday light show following the grand opening on November 25th. Wednesdays through Sundays will be drive-thru nights, and Mondays and Tuesdays will be closed to vehicles for walk-thru nights. The holiday décor will be removed starting January 5th, 2026. Questions may be directed to the Parks office at 753-6969 or e-mail to parksinfo@cityoflogansport.org .
