Phyllis Sue Fording, 66, Logansport, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, December 18, 2025, at home.
Born April 23, 1959, in Kokomo, she was the daughter of the late Bobby and Carolyn (East) Camp.
On October 18, 1997, in Nyona Lake, Indiana, she was married to Jeffery Lynn Fording, who survives.
She is also survived by her children: April Bradley, Amber Bradley, Greg Fording, Angie Fording, Brian Gittings and several adopted children; three brothers, Chuck Camp, Mike Camp, and Tony Edwards, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service celebrating the life of Phyllis will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Fisher Funeral Chapel.
A visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. prior to the service.
