Logansport Utilities self-serve kiosks temporarily unavailable during improvement project March 27-30, 2026

A construction project at the city building will have Logansport Utilities’ selfserve bill payment kiosks be temporarily unavailable for a few days in March.

Located at 601East Broadway in Logansport, the city building’s north entrance foyer will be extended to house both self-serve utility bill payment kiosks.

The first set of exterior doors along East Broadway will remain in the same location, as the second set of interior locked doors will be reinstalled, moving closer to the Logansport Utilities customer service office entrance. Once construction is complete, both kiosks will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Construction is scheduled to begin Friday, March 27 and run through Monday, March 30, 2026.

The kiosks will be unavailable to accept payments during the construction period. The customer service office will be able to process kiosk payments during regular business hours. Both kiosks are expected to be back online by Tuesday, March 31.

Employees and the public are asked to use the west entrance along 6th Street when entering and exiting the building during the construction.

This improvement is designed to provide greater convenience and accessibility for customers not utilizing other payment methods that include the ACH (Automated Clearing House) direct bank debit withdrawals, mailed-in payments, phone, or online options.

For questions regarding bill payment options, customers may contact the Logansport Utilities’ customer service office by calling (574) 753-6231.
