Registration info for Cass County students starting kindergarten in August 2026

It’s time for members of the Class of 2039 to enroll in kindergarten!

Here’s information we’ve compiled about Kindergarten Roundup or Registration for schools serving students in Cass County.

☄️CASTON ELEMENTARY: Caston welcomed the parents of the Class of 2039 to campus on March 19, 2026 for Kindergarten Parent Night! Parents learned about what a Caston kindergarten day looks like and all of the requirements to enroll at Caston. If you have a student to enroll in kindergarten for the 2026-27 school year, and you were unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Caston Elementary Office at 574-598-8000, ext. 332 for more information.

👑 LEWIS CASS: Lewis Cass Elementary Kindergarten Roundup will be April 9, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Roundup will be held at the LCE Library. Bring proof of residency, immunization record, birth certificate, court documents, custody paperwork, IEP paperwork. Scan or visit https://form.jotform.com/210943820272148 to make an appointment.

🍓LOGANSPORT COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION will hold Kindergarten Roundup on the following dates:

Landis Elementary School: 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on April 6, 2026

Fairview Elementary School: 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on April 7, 2026

Columbia Elementary School: 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on April 9, 2026

Parents need to bring the following:

Child who will be attending kindergarten
Child’s birth certificate
Child’s immunization records
Child’s Social Security card
Proof of residency
Any court documents
Education documents (IEP if applicable)

Your child must be 5 on or before August 1, 2026.

🐾PIONEER ELEMENTARY: Kindergarten Roundup will be Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 5 p.m.

Students currently enrolled in Pioneer Pre-K do not need to attend. PreK students must be 4 before August 1, 2026. Kindergarten students must be 5 before August 1, 2026.

Things to bring: Your student, student’s birth certificate, student’s shot records
