Harold LeRoy “Snork” Clem, 85, of Logansport, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, Millers Merry Manor surrounded by family.
Born on January 4, 1941, in Logansport to the late Frederick LeRoy and Lola Mae (Cree) Clem. Harold married Roberta Jane Woodyard on May 19, 1971, and she preceded him in death on March 20, 2022.
He worked for Chrysler for over 30 years before his retirement. After retirement, Harold found great joy in fishing, going to the casino, watching any kind of racing, cooking, and he especially enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s sports events. Harold was also the photographer at the US 24 Speedway for many years.
Harold is survived by his children, David R. (Regina) Clem and Heather (Phillip) Hammond; five grandsons, Christopher Clem, Michael Clem, Austin (Kassi) Clem, Dakota (Sarah King) Hammond, and Brady (Morgan Hogue) Hammond; three granddaughters, Brittani (Brandon) Case, and Ashley (Chris) Willis; seven great grandchildren, one sister, Marilyn (Nelson) Noble; one brother, Dennis Lee Clem; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his wife, parents, and a sister, Carol Jane Smith, one granddaughter, Megan Clem and brother-in-law, Richard Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026, from 11:00am – 1:00pm at the Gundrum Funeral Home.
A celebration of life will begin directly after at 1:00pm, also at the Gundrum Funeral Home.
