Carol L. Hizer

Carol L. Hizer, 75 of Kewanna passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at home.

Born on March 5, 1951 in Bethesda, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late John and Betty (Wilkerson) Noble.  On April 4, 1976 she married Joseph I. Hizer, he survives.

Carol was a homemaker and farmwife.  She also was a former school teacher and had taught at Kewanna, Rochester and Caston Community Schools.  Carol was a devout Christian and loved the Lord.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Hizer of Kewanna and her brother, David Noble  and his family of Virginia Beach

Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 18, 2026 at Grass Creek Cemetery.
