Donna L. Parkevich

Donna L. Parkevich, age 87, of Logansport, passed away on August 28, 2026. Donna was born in Big Rapids Michigan on August 17, 1939 to Howard and Ethel Pickens, who preceded her in death. She lived a long and fulfilling life, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion.

She is survived by her children; Christine Parkevich, Patrick Parkevich ( Rhonda), Pamela Shidler (Joshua), and Michelle Ewing. Eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Her son Troy Parkevich preceded her in death.

Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of all who knew her with her kindness, warmth and unwavering dedication to family and friends. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and having lunch with friends.

A funeral mass at All Saints Catholic Church will be September 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. all at the church. Interment will be at Ever Rest Cemetery Logansport, Indiana.   

Donna’s life was an example of love, resilience, and grace. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all those whose lives she touched.
