Criminal investigation leads to several arrests in Logansport

On May 28, 2026, at approximately 0607 hours, the Logansport Police Department Patrol Division began receiving calls for service involving vehicles that had been entered and personal items stolen. As the investigation continued, Officers developed several persons if interest believed to have committed multiple thefts/break ins. Four of the suspects were located at a park in Logansport and transported to the Logansport Police Department.

Officers were able to obtain court authorized search warrants for two backpacks and a residence located in the 1500 block of Smead Street. During the execution of the search warrants, two handguns were recovered, U.S. Currency, Apple Air Pods, a set of Chevrolet car keys, two credit cards, one 45 caliber
magazine to a handgun, and other items believed to be stolen.

The Logansport Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is attempting to locate the rightful owners of several items recovered.

Ultimately, five suspects were arrested for various criminal offenses. Four of the suspects were juveniles and one suspect was an adult male.

Cameron Graham, age 18, Logansport, was arrested and incarcerated in the Cass County Jail. Graham was preliminarily charged with Assisting a Criminal, a class A Misdemeanor.

On May 29, 2026, The Cass County Prosecutor’s Office filed formal charges on Cameron Graham for:
1. Theft (involving a firearm), a Level 5 Felony.
2. Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minot-Child under 18 commits a Level 5 Felony, Level 5 Felony.
3. Theft, a class A Misdemeanor.
4. Unauthorized Entry of a Motor Vehicle, a class B Misdemeanor

The four juvenile’s criminal charges included: Theft involving a firearm, a Level 5 Felony, Dangerous Possession of a Firearm by a Juvenile, a class A misdemeanor, Theft, a class A misdemeanor, Unauthorized Entry of a Motor Vehicle, a class B misdemeanor.

The Logansport Police Department Patrol Division was assisted by LPD Criminal Investigation Division, LPD SWAT Team, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force, and the Cass County Juvenile Probation Department. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Additional charges are anticipated. No further information will be released at this time.
