Nolan K. Liming

Nolan K. Liming, 66, of Lucerne passed away unexpectedly at 1:24 a.m., Friday, August 28, 2026, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne.

Born on September 24, 1959, in Logansport, he was the son of George and Marie (Felker) Liming.

He was a 1978 Pioneer High School graduate.

Nolan was a carpenter for many years working in construction. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, horseback riding and hunting.

Survivors include his mother; Marie Liming of Knightsville; sister, Kristie Straub (Frank) of Knightsville; brothers, Ivan Liming of Lucerne and Rodney Liming (Rita) of Royal Center. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Liming.

A Celebration of Life Service in memory of Nolan will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel in Royal Center.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Lucerne Volunteer Fire Department.
