Born November 12, 1959, in Logansport, he was the son of Charles W. and Marietta Beal Elburn.
On January 7, 1984, in Logansport, he was married to Brenda Hardy, who survives.
Kelly had been employed for 15 years as maintenance supervisor at the Logansport Mall. He was then employed at Dilling Mechanical and Fulton Industries.
Kelly enjoyed mushroom hunting.
He especially enjoyed his family and loved watching his sons grow into wonderful young men. His constant companion was his dachshund, Bell-Bell.
Kelly and his wife attended Lucerne Christian Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Andrew Elburn, Delphi, and Dillin Elburn, Royal Center; brother, Jack Elburn, Lafayette, and one nephew, Brian D. Elburn, Royal Center.
His parents, a sister, Linda Hettinger, and a brother, Richard L. Elburn, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2015. The funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the conclusion of the visitation.
