Mark W. Kistler, 74, Twelve Mile, IN, passed away on March 30, 2015 in his residence.
Born June 30, 1940, he was the son to the late Wayne C. and Margaret J. (Foster) Kistler.
On January 2, 1994 he married his wife Jean I. Cover in Rochester, IN.
Mark was a former Bank Loan Officer at First National Bank of Rochester. He is a United States Air Force Veteran, a 1968 graduate of New Mexico Western College, a charter member of the Rochester Optimist Club, a member of the Twelve Mile Lions Club and Metea Baptist Church.
Surviving along with his wife are two daughters, Lisa M. Kalinke, Indianapolis, IN; Amy L. (Paul) Krier, Indianapolis, IN; two sons, Scott E. (Susan) Kistler, Rochester, IN; David L. Kistler, Indianapolis, IN; two step sons, Christopher (Kristee) Ulerick, Florence, KY; Branden (Jen) Ulerick, Peru, IN; step daughter, Kelley T. (Bobby) Nelson, Fulton, IN; sister, Marsha S. Bick, Rochester, IN; sister in law, Dottie Kistler, Mount Hermon, KY; brother, M. “Kip” Kistler, Indianapolis, IN; five grandchildren, Courtney, Derek, Kevin, Michael, Carter; seven step grandkids, Casey, Austin, Lexi, Austin, Morgan, Kolton, Ashlynn; one great grandchild, Destinee.
Mark was preceded in death by one brother, Milton “Sock” Kistler and one sister, Martha “Mitzy” Mantos.
A Memorial Service will be held at noon on Friday April 3, 2015 @ Metea Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Cordes officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Cass County Honor Guard just prior to funeral services.
Memorials may be made to the Twelve Mile Lions Club or the Metea Baptist Church.
