Agnes E. “Aggie” Kroft, age 89, Logansport, passed away at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 9, 2015, at WoodBridge Health Campus.
Born August 24, 1925, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Edward and Nellie Sales Rothermel.
She was married to Cecil Clary, who preceded her in death. She was then married to Robert Kroft, who survives.
Agnes was a 1943 graduate of Logansport High School. She enjoyed crocheting, line dancing and all dancing, especially the waltz and polka. She especially enjoyed being a homemaker.
Agnes was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary and All Saints Catholic Church.
Agnes’ three sons are from her marriage to Ernie “Charlie” Beall, Michael W. (Kaye) Beall, Star City, Gregory C. (Cindy) Beall, Logansport, and Brian T. (Julie) Beall, Sitka. Alaska.
Also surviving are a sister, Cecilia (Tom) Slusser, Logansport; grandchildren, Ryan Beall, Rebekah Beall Warburton (Seth), Lindsey Beall-Nash; great-grandchildren, Salem Nash and Piper Nash; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Sean Beall, and three brothers, Frederick Rothermel, Paul Rothermel and Thomas Rothermel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, at Kroeger Funeral Home.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at All Saints Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery
