Gertrude B. Yard, age 84, Logansport, passed away at 11:57 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2015, at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Gertrude was born August 20, 1930 in Morris, Ill.
She was married to Frank Yard, who preceded her in death in 1979.
Gertrude was a homemaker.
Surviving are sons, David L. Yard, Logansport, Robert A Yard, O’Fallon, Mo., Frank A. Yard and Michael Yard, both of Logansport; daughter, Kathy (George) Leahy, Logansport, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at Kroeger Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, with the Rev. Dr. Bob Cosby officiating.
Interment will be at Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
