Andy “Andrez” McGee, 37, of Royal Center formerly of Logansport, passed away at 11:40 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne.
He was born on September 18, 1978 in Rochester.
Andy was currently employed at Orion’s Safety Products in Peru. He was also a self employed brick mason and he had formerly been employed at ABC Metals and SUS in Logansport.
Andy was a big kid at heart. He loved spending time with his children and making them laugh in the process. He enjoyed attending the kids sporting events, camping, and movie nights with his friends and family. He was a great friend and had a strong work ethic to support his family. Andy was also an avid Colts and Kentucky Wildcat fan.
Survivors include his mother, Ann McGee of Lancaster, Kentucky, companion, Victoria Snider and her children, Lyanna Snider and Laylah DeMond all of Royal Center, daughters, Haley McGee and Maggie Hopper and son, Andrew McGee and their mother Kristen DeHaven all of Logansport and daughter, Jocelynn Vincent and her mother, Kari Michaels. He is also survived by brothers; David Wright of Lancaster, Kentucky, Jerry McGee of Franklin, Kentucky, Michael Hopper of Logansport, and Steven Wilson also of Logansport, friends, Larry and Julene Kimble of Kewanna. Andy is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Marocco-Rans Funeral Chapel with Rod Utter officiating.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, October 26, 2015 also at the funeral home.
Burial will be at St. John’s Cemetery in Logansport.
