Beverly Ann Hines, 78, of Peru, Indiana, formerly of Logansport, passed away at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, October 1, 2015 in Blair Ridge Health Center, Peru.
A funeral service celebrating the life of Beverly Hines will be held at 1:00 p.m . Monday, October 5, 2015 in Fisher Funeral Chapel with Ron Jansen officiating.
Burial will follow in the Kewanna Citizen IOOF Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Monday in the funeral chapel.
