John Leroy Clark, 68, of Logansport, passed away Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015 in Chase Center.
Born June 24, 1947, in Cass County, he was the son of the late Joe Orville and Helen (Shackelford) Clark.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Wendy Clark; one grandson Josh Hershberger and his wife Bobbi Jo; and a great-grandchild, Connor Hershberger, all of Logansport.
A private family service will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Fisher Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services.
