The Logansport High School Speech Team hosted 25 schools and 400 student competitors, coaches and volunteers on Saturday, February 13 at their annual Speaking of Love Speech Tournament. The team placed 6th and individual honors went to students in the following events:
Broadcasting: Braxton Howard, 12th; Ryan Lythgoe, 10th; TJ Caroway, 9th; Lacey Henry, 6th; Alex LeDonne, 5th
Drama: Isabelle Kraud, 7th; Claire Graham, 6th
Humor: Alex Starkey, 9th; Cassia Scagnoli, 5th
Oratory: Hayley Hines, 10th; Jake Hoover, 6th
Original Performance: Isabelle Kraud and Jeremy Gross, 7th
The team will compete at the Sectional Tournament on February 27 at Westfield.
