Logansport students selected for 2016 Indiana All State Honor Choirs

Twenty-eight Logansport area students recently participated in the 2016 Indiana All State Honor Choirs.  The students spent two days rehearsing and performing at the Indiana Music Education Association’s annual conference in Fort Wayne’s Embassy Theater.  Membership in these choirs is by audition, and the number of students selected from these Logansport ensembles is among the highest in the state.

Students from the Logansport Children’s Choir selected for membership in the All State Children’s Honor Choir include: Maggie Fincher, Ben Geisler, Mason Hinkle, Angela Jacko, Gracie Kitchell, Miki Klute, Zach Schoensiegel, and Kelsey Thomas.

Students from Lincoln and Columbia Middle School Choirs selected for the All State Middle School Choir are Katie Ashbaugh, Amelia Bault, Hector Elias, Claire Fissel, Travis Holcomb, Sophia Rozzi, and Sal Scagnoli.

Students selected for the All State High School Honor Choir from the Logansport High School Choir and/or Logansport Children’s Choir include Elijah Bowen, Emma Bowen, Kenny Echols, Jeremy Gross, Jacob Hoover, Isabelle Kraud, Piper Nacke, Lucas Pickens, Cassia Scagnoli, Alex Starkey, Claire Stout, Brianna Ulery, and Ali Williams.
