Barbara J. Linback, 55 of Logansport passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016 in her residence.
Born on November 4, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Virgil A. and Marie (Zeider) Gerlach. On September 22, 2012 in Logansport she married Brian D. Linback who survives.
Barb was a program manager for Cal-Comp USA. She loved to decorate, whether it was her home, or her daughters’ weddings. Barb was an avid IU fan, a loving mother, and cherished the time she spent with her family.
Surviving along with her husband Brian is her son, Ryan McLeland, Bloomington; Cayla (Jeremy) Chiddister, Indianapolis; Kelly (Merrill) Louthain, Logansport; step daughter, Diana Criss, Greenwood; sister, Joyce (Ralph) Sherrill, Logansport; two brothers Robert “Butch” (Mary) Gerlach, Greenwood; Dean (Sandra) Gerlach, Lucerne; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Tom Gerlach.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 21, 2016 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Minnick officiating. Burial will be in the Kistler Cemetery in Royal Center.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 20.
