Mildred Ann “Mid” Lesh

Mildred Ann “Mid” Lesh, 86, of Logansport, passed away at 6:04 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2016, in the emergency room of Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born November 5, 1929, in Cass County, she was the daughter of the late Russell H. and Clara L. (Burton) Gordon.
On Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1949, in Logansport, she was married to Donald Gene Lesh. Her preceded her in death July 10, 1995.
Prior to her retirement, Mid and her husband owned and operated Lesh Advertising. In earlier years, she had worked in the finance office at Logansport High School.
Mid was a member of the Deer Creek Presbyterian Church. She was an avid golfer and loved to travel. Mid enjoyed the fellowship of the McDonald’s Breakfast gang. She also had many wonderful friends in the Tuesday Night group.
Surviving are two sons, Jeff Lesh (Linda Green) of Deer Creek and Scott (Connie) Lesh of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Brandon (Christina) Lesh, Shea Zinn and Tyler Lesh; and one great-grandchild Kinsey Zinn.
She was preceded in death by her son Stanley J. Lesh and her brother Dale Allen Gordon.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Mid Lesh will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 15 in Fisher Funeral Chapel with Rev. Harry Roselle officiating.
A visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. prior to the service on Tuesday.
