Betty Lorraine Vaske, age 88, Logansport, passed away at 8:45 a.m. on Monday, April 25, 2016, in her residence.
Born September 7, 1927, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Otto and Elizabeth Hile Albrecht.
On January 10, 1970, in Albuquerque, she was married to Robert R. Vaske, who preceded in death on July 10, 2001.
Betty had been a cafeteria manager for school systems in Alaska and Albuquerque. In Logansport, she was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
Surviving are a son, Gary G. Parker, Logansport; sister, Alma Winegardner, Logansport; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Four brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2016, at Kroeger Funeral Home.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016, at All Saints Catholic Church, with Father Clayton Thompson officiating.
Interment will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
