Rose Marie Mohler

mohler.Rose Marie Mohler, age 83, Logansport, passed away at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, in her residence.

Born August 17, 1932, in Logansport, she was the daughter of John and Marianne Pasquale Lombardi.

On March 18, 1950, in Logansport, she was married to George W. Mohler, who preceded her in death on May 20, 2016.

Rose had been employed at the Gossard Corporation and retired as a Bench Inspector after 44 years of employment from RBM Manufacturing.

She enjoyed baking and decorating cakes and crocheting. Especially she loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She also kept her eye on and enjoyed the neighborhood

children.

Rose was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.

Surviving are her children, Debra (John) Farrer, William “Bill” (Sherry) Mohler, Levia “Dede” (Bob) Rhea, Teresa (Jeff) Gipson and Bonnie Manning, all of Logansport; sisters, Delores Wolfe, Logansport, and Joan (Bob) Hile, Roanoke, IN; brothers, Jerry (Kathy) Lombardi and Donald (Barb) Lombardi, all of Logansport.

Also surviving are grandchildren, Tim Mohler, Mark (Susan) Mohler, Brock Rhea, Regina Smith, Anita Williams (Greg Onken), Lisa (Rocco) Valadez, Rose (Jordan Woodward) Mackey, Samuel (Trista) Rhea, Candice (Nathan Marocco) Mohler, Megan (Daniel) Jordan, Breann (Brett) Billiard, Jeffrey (Courtney) Gipson and Mattie Smith; twenty-five great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were a son, George Mohler, Jr., great granddaughter, Liliana Rhea, and fourteen siblings.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016, at Kroeger Funeral Home, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday at the funeral home.

A William Paca Lodge service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, at the funeral home, followed by the recitation of the Rosary at 7:30 p.m.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at All Saints Catholic Church, with Fr. Clayton Thompson officiating.

Interment will be in the Mount Calvary section of Mount Hope Cemetery.
