On June 19, 1949, she was married to Errett Bookwalter in Twelve Mile. He preceded her in death July 26, 1989.
Waudene was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one son, Arthur (Sharon) Bookwalter of Shirley, Indiana; and grandchildren, Joe and Anni Bookwalter.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Ruth Schroeder.
A celebration of Waudene’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 4 in Fisher Funeral Chapel.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday in the funeral chapel, with Pastor Darlene Dehaai officiating.
Burial will follow in Bethlehem M.E. Cemetery in Twelve Mile.
