Robert E. “Bobby” Parish

Robert E. “Bobby” Parish, 56, Winamac, formerly of Logansport, passed away Tuesday at his residence in Winamac.

Born June 20, 1961, in Logansport, he was the son of Robert Lee and Lois Jayne Hinkle Parish. His mother survives, residing in Logansport.

Bobby graduated from Logansport High School. He was formerly employed at Standard Auto Parts and S&S Precast, both in Winamac.

In his younger years he had a lot of fun-loving days with friends. Bobby was a kind and generous person who loved his family very much.

He enjoyed many things, including gardening, hunting, trapping, fishing, camping and bowling.

Surviving are a daughter, Keilly Parish, Syracuse, (mother Michelle) and sons, Jarrod Parish and Jesse Parish, step-son, Jacob Franscoviak, all of Winamac (mother Tracey); grandson, Joesiah Parish and step-grandson, Curtis Allen Franscoviak.

Also surviving are sisters, Melinda Hinkle, Walton, Patty (Randy) Landis, Logansport; nieces and nephews, Kelli (Greg) Goodnight, Broc (Amanda) Hinkle, Tommy Tate, Andria Land, Amanda Michael and Rob Michael (fiancé Alyssa Truax); several great nieces and great nephews.

Preceding in death were his father, and sister, Cynthia K. ‘Cindy’ Parish.

A Memorial Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at Kroeger Funeral Home, followed by a Scripture Service at 7:30 p.m. with Fr. Dominic Petan officiating.

Interment, at a later date, will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Emmaus Mission Center. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
