Infant Tenlee Kay-Anne Rush, 4 days old, of Walton, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
Tenlee was born on May 23, 2018 and is the daughter of Dustin and Lyndia (Gaumer) Rush of Walton.
Other survivors include her brother, Milez Rush; sister Jaela Woolington; maternal grandparents, John Gaumer and Judi Haviland, both of Logansport; paternal grandparents, John Rush, Logansport; Nina and Kevin King, Jacksonville, FL; several aunts and uncles.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 31, 2018 in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Logansport, with Pastor Mike Osborn officiating. Burial will follow.
Memorials may be made in Tenlee’s name to Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
