Robert L. Bob ‘Muf’ Miller, age 86, Logansport, passed away at 11:45 a.m. on Monday, May 6, 2019, in his residence.

Born in Lewisburg on November 8, 1932, Bob was the son of the late Edgar and Golda Miller.

Three siblings preceded him in death, brothers, Jim and John, and sister, Mary Lou.

Surviving are his loving wife, Bette, and two sons, Tim and Pat. Also surviving are two grandsons, Noah and Jacob; several nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.

Muf was a Logansport High School graduate, class of 1951, and a Naval veteran of four years.

He worked for the State of Indiana Department of Financial Institutions for over 30 years. After that, he owned a small package store in Francesville for several years.

Muf was an animal lover and always had a pet nearby. He was a self-taught musician and played the bass for several local bands.

He loved watching the Chicago Cubs, IU basketball, and the Chicago Bears.

A graveside military service will be on Monday, July 1, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., at Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
