Dennis A. Gaylor, age 65, of Walton, went to be with the Lord on Monday September 30, 2019 at 6:51 am in St. Vincent Hospital of Indianapolis.
Born May 22, 1954 in Frankfort, IN to John D. and Nancy (Bull) Gaylor. On June 21, 1975 in Deer Creek, IN he married Joy L. Bryan who survives.
Dennis was a supervisor at Delco Electronics and previous co-owner of the Walton Dog Shed. He was an avid Cubs fan and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Survivors including his wife Joy and father John, are two daughters, Leslie (Scott) Wandell, San Diego, CA; Kara (Nate) Burrous, Walton, IN; one sister, Janet (Steve) Black, Kokomo, IN; one brother, David (Peggy) Gaylor, Russiaville, IN; two grandchildren, C.J. & Jensen Burrous; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews, two great great nieces.
Dennis was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Gaylor and one nephew, Adam Cardwell.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday Oct. 2, 2019 in the Shiloh Lutheran Church, 404 Bishop Street, Walton, IN.
A visitation will be held from 3- 7 pm Tuesday Oct. 1, 2019 in the Gundrum Funeral Home and 1 hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shiloh Lutheran Church, Lewis Cass Buddy Bags Program or to the Walton I.O.O.F Cemetery Association.
