Marilyn Thomas, age 93, Logansport, passed away at 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 15, 2019, at Miller’s Merry Manor.

Born August 12, 1926, in Logansport, she was the daughter of William and Mary Rebecca Osborn Grace.

She was married on December 12, 1950, to Paul Thomas, who preceded her in death on May 4, 2004.

Marilyn always enjoyed working in her yard and especially loved her flowers. She loved to play bingo and was always ready to play cards with anyone who would play. Marilyn had several jobs over many years of working and enjoyed all of them. Her most recent employment was at the Cass County Court House. She is survived by her family whom she loved in her own unique way.

Surviving are a daughter, Vicki (Harry) Butler, Logansport; two grandchildren, Jason (Cory) Ulerick and Erica (Josh) Schache; five great-grandchildren, Trent Ulerick, McKenzie Ulerick, Avalynn Schache and twin boys, Maddux Schache and Landry Schache; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Geneva “Jenny” and Tom Chambers, and sisters, Joann Grace and Alberta Grace.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at Kroeger Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Ken Smith officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
