Michael W. Glendenning, 65, Logansport, passed away at 2:00 a.m. Saturday, December 21, 2019, at the St. Vincent Heart Center, Indianapolis.

Born August 25, 1954, in Kokomo, he was the son of the late Quinton and Vera Jean (Webb) Glendenning.

A graduate of Peru High School, Michael went on to serve his Country in the United States Army. He was proud to be a Veteran and a member of the American Legion.

Michael was a jack-of-all-trades and made a living as a mechanic. He loved motorcycles. Michael could often be found tinkering in his workshop. He honored his Native American heritage as a member of the Me-To-Cin-Yah Longrifles and had participated in many pow-wows and rendezvous gatherings throughout the area.

He is survived by his step-children: Brandy Kizer and Jason McKeever, both of Logansport, and Noel Ray McKeever, Southern Indiana; two grandchildren, Nicholas Kizer and Tristan Kizer, both of Logansport; his sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Jim Miiller, Logansport; three half-brothers and a half-sister, all in Kentucky; a beloved great-niece, Kesha Reida; great-great-niece, Stephanie Reida; and his companion, Eloise Berry.

He was preceded in death by his niece, Stephanie Baker.

Michael leaves the gift of life behind in this world by being a donor with the Donate Life Indiana Network.

In accordance with Michael’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Fisher Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services.
