Ronnie “Ron” Charles Christian Roller

Ronnie “Ron” Charles Christian Roller, 70, of Logansport, passed away Friday, February 7, 2020, in the IU Health University Hospital, Indianapolis.

Born February 9, 1949, in Logansport, he was the son of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Taylor) Roller.

On August 30, 1969, in Owensville, Ron was married to Dana “Sue” (Mounts) Roller, who survives.

Ron earned his Masters of Science in Business Education from Indiana University, His career as a team manager with State Farm Insurance spanned 27 years.

Ron and Sue are the third generation to live on the Roller farm where Ron enjoyed being a hobby farmer. Ron was an avid golfer, tennis player and a loyal IU fan.

Surviving with his wife, Sue, are daughter, Tracy Roller, Indianapolis; sisters, Joan |(Bill) Gordan, Rochester, and Shirley Allen, Delphi; his mother-in-law, Carol Jane Redman, Owensville; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

A Celebration of Life service for Ron will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in Fisher Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Tim McKaig and Pastor Mark Marshall officiating.

Interment will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11 in the funeral chapel.
