VACCINES: COVID-19 vaccines were first administered in Cass County on Dec. 18, 2020. The latest info on vaccines can be found at https://www.coronavirus.in.gov/vaccine/.
LMH COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline: Logansport Memorial Hospital (LMH) has implemented a hotline for community members to call if they are interested in receiving the latest updates about the vaccine’s timing: (574) 753-4193
COUNTY METRICS MAP: The Indiana Department of Health has established a color-coded county map that measures weekly cases per 100,000 residents and the seven-day positivity rate for all tests completed. Each county is assigned a color based on the map, which is updated each Wednesday at www.coronavirus.in.gov. In-depth descriptions of the requirements for all Hoosiers and targeted restrictions for counties can be found here (PDF). Cass County moved to RED on the county metrics map on January 13, 2021.
