Daniel J. Hellyer, 50, of Logansport, passed away on October 14, 2020.
He was born on April 10, 1970, in Logansport. His parents, Dan (Clair) Vitello and Jody (Ralph) Clark, survive.
Daniel enjoyed playing guitar. To all he was known as a jokester. He would give you the shirt off his back.
Also surviving with his parents are his wife, Josephine Hellyer; his children, Amber Hellyer, Issac Daniel Hellyer, Mark Daniel Masters, Brandon Masters, and Reilly Edwards; half-brothers, Tony Riney, Chris Decker, and Eddie Leydet; half-sisters, Teena (Eric) Schwartz, Abby Frye, Eileen Beck, Mary Kay Babb and Deanna Lindsey; and aunt, aka mom #2, Karen Douglas.
A gathering to celebrate Danny Joe’s life from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, October 21 at the American Legion, 828 Burlington Avenue.
