Dixie L. Baker

Dixie L. Baker, 91, of Logansport passed away at 3:25 p.m., Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Community Howard Regional Hospital in Kokomo.

Born on November 11, 1928 in Emporia, Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Stangle) Richards.

She was a graduate of Royal Center High School.

Dixie was a homemaker and seamstress.  She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.

Survivors include her children, Robert Baker (Cyndi), Gary Baker (Barbara), Stephen Baker, MD., and Christy Mathis (Phil).  She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wiley “Bullet Bob” Baker, son, William E. Baker and brother, William F. Richards.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Davis Cemetery with Father Adam Mauman officiating.
