Donald L. Fox, age 83, Logansport, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020.
Born April 10, 1937 in Pulaski Country, he was the son of Fred and Elizabeth Winters Fox.
He was married in St. Vincent’s Catholic Church on June 29, 1963 to Eldona L. Unger who preceded him in death on May 3, 2018. They were married for 54 years.
After graduating from Monterey High School in 1956, he served in the U.S. Navy for four years. Don was employed at Exide Battery Corp. for 30 years then 13 years at Kauffman Engineering. He enjoyed sports, spending time with family, and delivering Meals on Wheels.
Don was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, the Knight of Columbus, and the Secular Franciscan Order.
Surviving are four sons, Stephen; Brian; Gary, his wife Mary, their children, Dawn, Melissa, Joe, and Matt, all of Logansport; and Timothy, his wife Karen, their children, Matthew and Michelle, of Indianapolis; brothers, Carl and Mary, Richard and Judy, Kenneth and Ruth, all of Plymouth, James and Wanda of Rochester; sister, Rose Ann and Carl Master Jr. of Monterey, and sisters-in-law, Marilyn, Anita, and Christina.
Also preceding in death were his parents; and brothers, Robert, Theodore, Paul, Ralph, Lloyd, Rev. Father Thomas Fox, and Clement; and sister, Mary Zeigler.
The visitation will be on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, from 4-7 p.m., at Kroeger Funeral Home.
The Mass of Christian Burial, with Fr. Adam Mauman officiating will be private and interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Emmaus Mission Center and All Saints Catholic Church.
