LouAnn Rozzi

LouAnn Rozzi, 87, Logansport, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020, in WoodBridge Health Campus.

Born in Logansport on October 27, 1932, to Clayton William and LaVaughn Geneva (Cole) Bunger.

On November 7, 1953, she was married to Joseph P. Rozzi, who preceded her in death on April 18, 2015.

LouAnn had previously been employed for a number of years at Joe Herd Insurance, currently Consolidated Union.

She and Joe enjoyed traveling over the years with family and friends, and would never turn down a trip to the casino.

LouAnn valued her friendships with her sister-in-law, Helen Rozzi, and her long-time high school friend, Barbara Sharp.

Above all, LouAnn dearly loved her family, and especially enjoyed hosting many holiday dinners and summer cookouts. There was always plenty of good food,  fun and laughter.

She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.

Surviving are children, Karen (Jim) Hurst, Logansport, Beth Ann (Mark) Davis, Tempe, Arizona, Diane (Greg) Binney, Logansport, and Joseph A. (Jean) Rozzi, Logansport; daughter-in-law, Vicky Rozzi, Booneville, Arkansas; brother, Jerry (Kate) Bunger, Phoenix; sister-in-law, Helen Rozzi, Logansport; grandchildren, Bryan Bain (Tim Specht), Jennifer (Chris) Corcoran, Donald (Theresa) Hurst, Kristi (Jeremy) VanSoest, Kristin Sturdivant (Jeremy Hendricks), Jill Davis (Lauren Gessler), Andrew (Vanessa) Davis, Chad Woolington, Lyndsey (Fadi) Abdelkader, Missy (Chris) Layer, Mandy (Dan) Angle, Justin Woolington, Joseph (Emily) Rozzi, Erika (Matt) Callaway, Nathan (Kristen) Rozzi and Rachel Rozzi; along with forty-one great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Also preceding LouAnn in death were son, Mark Rozzi and great grandson, Paul Hurst.

A private service will be held for the immediate family only, with interment in Mount Hope Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Dr. Neumann and the compassionate staff at WoodBridge Health Campus, and a special thank you to her roommate, Tracy.
