Beverly Ann Hettinger

Beverly Ann Hettinger, 85, of Logansport, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.

Born on October 5, 1935 in Beech Grove, Indiana, she is the daughter to the late Claude E. and Alma (Bartlett) Brown. On September 27, 1953 in Winamac, she married Billy L. Hettinger who preceded in death on July 7, 1999.

Bev retired after 20 years of service from RBM/White Rodgers as an assembly worker. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Aux. and loved to play euchre and watch wrestling with her grandkids. Bev was well known as “mom” to every child in the neighborhood.

Surviving are three sons, Brian (Jessica) Hettinger of Logansport; Thomas Hettinger of Logansport; Robert (Ruth) Hettinger of Logansport; a daughter, Theresa Harts of Logansport; three half-brothers, Mike Brown, Tom Brown and Tim Brown; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a half-brother, Jerry Brown, and one grandson, William Charles Hettinger.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Gundrum Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Mike Osborn officiating. Burial will follow at Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Cass County Humane Society.
