Vyllis “Vy” J. Bennett, 72 of Logansport, passed away at 3:22 p.m., Monday, November 2, 2020 at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born on January 5, 1948 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Darl and Avenell (Cunningham) Stilwell.
On October 22, 1966, she married Lyle Bennett. He preceded in death on June 10, 2015.
She was lifelong homemaker and mother.
Survivors include her children, Patricia Ann Mills of Charleston, Illinois, Rob Bennett of Macy, Jimmie Bennett of Lawrenceville, Illinois, brothers, Jerry Stilwell (Barb) of Logansport, Bill Stilwell (Linda) of Logansport, Kenny Stilwell (Cathy) of Royal Center, sisters, Janie Eisert (Bernie) of Buffalo and Jeanine Berkshire (Harold) of Monticello. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by daughter, Anna Lisa Bennett, brothers, Richard Stilwell and Jack Stilwell and sister, Donna Nadine Swartz-Smith.
Per Vy’s request there will be no visitation or services.
