Vivian Y. Berkshire, 87, of Royal Center passed away at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Millers Merry Manor in Huntington.
Born on October 1, 1933 in Cass County, she was the daughter of the Pearl Edward and Vera (Scott) Mills.
She was a 1951 Royal Center High School graduate.
On January 10, 1953 she married Wayne R. Berkshire. He preceded her in death on May 20, 2009.
Vivian was a farm wife and she formerly worked at RBM and RCA.
She was a member of Royal Center United Methodist Church. Vivian enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, cooking and traveling.
Survivors include her children, Kenneth W. Berkshire (Mary) of Bloomfield, Tina Ervin (Matthew) of Logansport and Rhonda Sinclair (Robert) of Hudson, grandchildren, Martin Berkshire, James Berkshire and Yvonne Turner and great grandson, Tyler Lowe, sisters, Virginia Burris and Naomi Frogge, sisters in law, Katherine Mills, Barb Mills and Martha Buchs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by brothers, Merrill, Donovan and Gordon Mills and sisters, Violet Deford, Helen Purcell and Dorthea Mundy.
Services will be private.
Burial will be at the Royal Center Cemetery.
