Eileen R. Runyon, 98, of Logansport, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at Chase Center in Logansport.
Born on October 2, 1922 in Logansport, she is the daughter to the late Frank Martin and Lilly (Foss) White. On October 5, 1944 in Logansport, she married Silas Keith Runyon who preceded in death on November 29, 1982.
Eileen was an equipment operator and along with her husband owned Runyon Disposal Services. She had also worked at the Logansport State Hospital and was a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses congregation.
Surviving is a son, Charles Michael Runyon of Logansport; four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
One daughter, Linda Nelson preceded in death.
Eileen’s wishes were to be cremated and her cremains will be buried next to her husband at Davis Cemetery near Burnettsville.
There will be no services at this time, but the family may have a gathering at a later date.
