Cass: 5233 (3 new cases); 943 deaths (1 death), 6.9% positivity
Carroll: 1736 (8 new cases); 18 deaths, 6.3% positivity
Fulton: 1751 (2 new cases); 38 deaths, 6% positivity
Pulaski: 1040 (2 new cases); 40 deaths, 7.3% positivity
Miami: 3501 (1 new cases); 60 deaths, 9.1% positivity
Howard: 8951 (21 new cases); 182 deaths (2 new), 7.3% positivity
White: 2914 (3 new cases); 51 deaths, 5.7% positivity

According to the vaccine dashboard, the first dose has been administered to 4432 individuals in Cass County and 1237 are fully vaccinated.

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Health today announced that 1,233 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at state and private laboratories. That brings to 648,875 the number of Indiana residents now known to have had the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s dashboard.

A total of 11,746 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of 24 from the previous day. Another 427 probable deaths have been reported based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record.    

To date, 3,049,828 unique individuals have been tested in Indiana, up from 3,043,854 on Saturday. A total of 7,557,530 tests, including repeat tests for unique individuals, have been reported to the state Department of Health since Feb. 26, 2020.

Hoosiers age 65 and older, along with healthcare workers, long-term care residents and first responders who are regularly called to the scene of an emergency to render medical assistance, are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. To schedule, visit https://ourshot.in.gov or call 211 if you do not have access to a computer or require assistance.

As of today, 810,046 Hoosiers have received a first dose of vaccine, and 332,805 are fully vaccinated.
