Antonio Sanchez, 88, of Logansport passed away at 7:30 a.m., Monday, March 29, 2021 at home surrounded by family.
Born on July 27, 1932 in Ayotlan, Jalisco, Mexico. He was the son of the late Jose Isabel Sanchez and Maria Isabel Perez.
He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Antonia Tavares of Logansport, his children, Antonio Sanchez, Maria Sanchez, Ana Rosa Sanchez, Jose Sanchez, Martha Sanchez, YoLanda Sanchez, Bertha Sanchez, Maria Isabel Sanchez and Angelica Sanchez, grandchildren, Minerva and Cristal Sanchez, Luz Elena, Jesica, Alejandro and David Hernandez, Jose, Ivette and Christian Sanchez, Melissa Lopez, Gerado and Evelyn Sanchez, Gladys and Daisy Lopez, Edgar, Anthony and Noelia Rodriguez, Tyler Shank, Yamile and Itzel Gonzalez and Stephen, Jovanny, Angel and Estefany Sanchez.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Gerardo Sanchez.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 5, 2021 at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Gustavo Lopez officiating.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 4, 2021 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport.
Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
