Robert Lee Foster, 89, from Chuckey, Tennessee, formerly of Logansport, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 9, 2021. He served four years in the U.S. Navy,
.Norma Jean Foster, 84, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. Norma was born Feb. 16, 1934, to the late Adelbert Bell Foster and Pauline J. Mumaugh Slusher in Walton. Norma was a 1952 graduate of Walton High School. She had lived in the Jonesborough, Tennessee area since 2015. The couple were members of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Jonesborough.
Robert and Norma were married for 66 wonderful years. Surviving are their children, Lynn Frame, and her spouse, Tommy Frame, from Chuckey, Tennessee; and Scott Foster, of Fletcher, North Carolina. Robert is also survived by three brothers, James Foster, Elmer Foster and Frank Foster. Norma was the sister of Sharron (Butch)Million, Christina (J.T.) Hubenthal; and Ronald (Judith) Foster.
The couple were blessed with five grandchildren; 13 great-children; and many nieces and nephews who survive.
Two sisters preceded Robert in death: Josephine Fitzgerald and Jane Farley.
