Christina Ann White

Christina Ann White, age 71, Logansport, passed away at 5:22 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021, in her residence lovingly surrounded by her family.

Born June 13, 1949, in Winamac, she was the daughter of Hugh and Everel Moyer O’Donnell, who have preceded her in death.

Chris was married to Doug White on her birthday in 1971. Her husband survives, residing in Logansport.

A 1967 graduate of Logansport High School and 1971 graduate of Indiana University, most recently she had been employed as a social worker at the Bowen Center in Wabash. She also worked seasonally as a tax preparer for H&R Block.

Surviving are a son, John White (fiancé Jae Park), Indianapolis; daughters, Abigail (Tommy) Gore, Peru, Amanda (Matt) Kitchell, Logansport; brother, Mike (Wanda) O’Donnell, Akron, Indiana; sisters, Sharon (Tim) Rice, E. Diana Wilson, all of Logansport, Cindy (Jerry) Felz, Idaville; four grandchildren, Eli Gore, Savannah Gore, Ian Kitchell, Ellison Kitchell; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A brother, Tom O’Donnell, preceded her in death.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5th, at All Saints Catholic Church, with Fr. Gustavo Lopez officiating.

There will be no public visitation. Family and close friends should go directly to the church, planning to arrive prior to Mass at about 10:45 a.m.

Burial will be in Buck Cemetery, Thornhope.
