Jane Linback, age 80, of Logansport, passed away Sunday June 27, 2021 in her residence.
Born July 25, 1940 in Shawneetown, IL to the late Jesse L. Wolf and Elma (Combs) Botarf. On June 21, 1959 Jane married Daniel L. Linback who preceded in death on October 30, 2017.
Jane was retired from the Logansport State Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed vacations and enjoyed going to garage sales. Jane was a LHS graduate of 1958 and a member of Grace Fellowship Church.
Survivors include one son, Brian D. Linback; two daughters, Regina M. Caroway and Karen K. Pearson, all of Logansport; one sister, Ida Gunter, Logansport; 7 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday June 30, 2021 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Zimmerman officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of services on Wednesday.
