Carlus Joseph “Joe” Robinson, 90, of Logansport, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020, at Chase Center with his wife by his side.

Born July 26, 1930, in Cass County, he was the son of the late Carlus F. and Jennie C. (Henry) Robinson.

On May 1, 1955, in Logansport, he was married to Virginia R. (Smith) Robinson, who survives.

Following graduation from Royal Center High School, Joe entered the United States Air Force during the Korean War.

For ten years, Joe worked in maintenance at the Logansport State Hospital. He was also retired from the former Rall’s TV Sales and Service where he worked as repairman for over twenty years.

He attended the Cross~Wind United Methodist Church.

Surviving with his wife, “Ginny”, of 65 years, are his daughter and son-in-law, Carla J. Robinson and Mark Zak, of Goshen; two granddaughters who he adored, Christa and Noel (Chris Ubaldo) as well as several extended family members.

A Memorial Service celebrating Joe’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 27, 2021, at the Cross~Wind United Methodist Church with Pastor Tim Powers officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the Cass County Honor Guard and the United States Air Force Honor Squad.

Friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
