John “Jack” A. Corn

John “Jack” A. Corn, 73, of Logansport, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021, in his residence.

Born on November 4, 1947, in Logansport, Jack is the son to the late Asa Alfred Corn and Betty (Kilgas) Corn. Jack was formerly employed by Wilson Foods and later went to work for Modine Manufacturing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, gardening, and the occasional trip to the casino. Jack never knew a stranger, he was always willing to lend a helping hand or have an open ear. Jack was also an Army Veteran.

Surviving Jack is a son, Jason (Susan) Corn of Logansport; daughter, Stephanie (Nathan) Gray of Bunker Hill; brother Gerald “Jerry” Lee Corn Sr. of Logansport; 8 grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, William “Bill” Alfred Corn.

Per Jack’s request, there will be no formal services and a family gathering will be planned for a later date.
