Ronald “Ron” Joe Ricks, 56, of Logansport, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.
Born on October 3, 1964 in Logansport, he is the son to the late Richard H. Ricks and Margaret (Sturdivant) Ferrell. Ron has worked for Cass Area Transit in maintenance for the last four years.
Surviving Ron are two brothers, Richard “Rick” G. (Leslie) Ricks of Logansport; Jeff (Mayling) Ricks of Miramar, FL; sister, Melissa (Randy) Rodriguez of Logansport; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary M. Rodriguez.
A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Tim McKaig officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5 pm until time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
