Shawn D. Duckett, 41, of Logansport, passed away Thursday August 26, 2021 in Fort Wayne, IN.
Born January 20, 1980 in Fort Wayne, IN, Shawn is the son to Harold Duckett and Charlotte Walters.
Shawn was the Co-owner and Taxi driver for Blue Star Taxi. He graduated from Snider High School in Fort Wayne, IN.
Surviving Shawn is his Biological Father and step mother, Erwin (Lisa) Yates, Fort Wayne; Adopted father Harold Duckett, Shipshewana; mother, Charlotte Walters, Columbia City; two sons, Dakota Duckett, Logansport; Cayden Duckett, Logansport; three daughters, Heavin Duckett, Logansport; Brooklyn Duckett, Logansport; Heidi Duckett, Logansport; step-son, Andrew Angell, Logansport; four brothers, Christopher (Maranda) Nicolet, OR; Jamie (Ashley) Stookey, VA; Joshua Stookey, Fort Wayne; John Michalski, Columbia City; seven sisters, Jaimie (Ben) Vogelsong, Fort Wayne; Catherine (Patrick) Payton, Fort Wayne; Emily (Jesse Lewis) Martinez, Fort Wayne; Kayla Girardot, Fort Wayne; Nicole (Corey) Schwanz, Fort Wayne; Jennifer (Mike) Oh, CA; and Ashley (Drew Mullendore) Duckett, Columbia City.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date and arrangements have been entrusted to the Gundrum Funeral Home and Cass County Crematory.
